Fancy! Yemeni coffee shop serving Yemen beans in a beautiful shop. Turkish coffee was good, so was their medium roast espresso drink. Desserts are wonderful looking. Date cake was delicious! Ethnic music in the background. Owner came out and talked with us. Fun place.

Located in the lobby of a multi-use Varispace office building, this gem is open to both the office tenants and the public alike. Lots of visitor parking right in front and a very comfortable (and huge) lobby area with plenty of seating to work over a cup of joe. The barista, Delaney, makes some awesome drinks and can whip up whatever crafted coffee you’d like. They’ve got seasonal specials too and their smoky chai latte is great! A definite option close to DFW or while in the Las Colinas area.

Google reviews for the best coffee led me here. Wow, Larkin is a master at his craft of inventing cocktail-quality coffees. His signature Dirty Chai Latte with turmeric, basil and chili demanded I slow down and savor every sip. Flavors all perfectly balanced with no single flavor over-weighted. Think high-end cocktails for coffee! Bonus points: Excellent study atmosphere in the lounge and lobby for my work study.

Great, public place to meet up with strangers. I love the building the coffee shop is in. I think it's some kind of college campus? It's easy to find, plenty of couches, tables, and they have a lovely outdoor area if you'd want to sit there. Lots of light, calm space. The barista was very kind and welcoming. Would recommend!

I did have some difficulty finding this spot but once I realized it was inside the building it was all uphill from there. The barista was incredibly friendly and informative. I ended up ordering an ice cold Cafe Latte with Almond Milk and Vanilla add ons. It was super yummy. Very cute and small establishment but definitely worth coming since we don’t have a lot of non Starbucks coffee shops in the area. Will definitely be coming back to try more flavors!
