Crema's Take

Ohm's Cafe is a beloved Bismarck breakfast and brunch destination where regulars return dozens of times a year for house-made specialties like caramel rolls, hot beef, and perfectly runny eggs Benedict alongside comforting classics like biscuits and gravy. The genuine warmth here comes through in every interaction—attentive servers keeping coffee cups full, quick service even during packed Saturday mornings, and a kitchen that clearly takes pride in doing traditional diner food exceptionally well. It's the kind of place where families linger, colleagues grab lunch, and loyal customers have their favorites memorized on the menu.

This place was legit. Shoutout to Clem! Came here for the caramel rolls and got the last one. Service was quick with a smile. My colleague got the chicken fried steak. It said it came with a roll but it was a slice of bread. This place is no frills. Other colleague ordered a bun-less cheeseburger. No judgement. Everything was tasty. Because they’re named Ohm, there’s a gnome. Love it! Plenty of parking. Enjoy this neighborhood gem!

Saturday morning breakfast & Bloody Ceaser. Eggs Benedict was great, nice runny yolk. Place was packed but the one waitress did awesome keeping up and keeping everyone happy. We got pumpkin Cinnamon rolls to go, haven't gotten in to them yet but they look and smell amazing.

Ohm's is our favorite brunch spot. We eat here 40-45 times per year if that tells you anything. My favorite is the hot beef but I also love the burgers, fries and biscuits and gravy. Their specials of the day are just like grandma used to make. The owners and staff are friendly and super hard working. Highly recommend.
