This is my wife’s favorite tea spot in the boroughs, and I do like it as well. We exclusively get the bamboo kiwi oolong tea (with tea jelly) and it hits the spot for a refreshing and unique fruit tea. I’ve heard the other things are good but I can’t bring myself to try them because we keep getting the bamboo kiwi oolong tea What’s actually crazy tho is that I was there today and got us two teas (you know which kind) and they gave me like a gold seal Statue of Liberty cat. It’s actual gold, it came with a grading I’m not joking. I assume it’s for Lunar New Year, but like this store just gave me gold for free? That’s crazy. They need a second location, preferably in Brooklyn next to my apartment building *oh actually I do remember trying the rice mochi tea and it was fire I can’t believe I forgot
I absolutely love this place, and my drink was amazing. The cheese foam on top was something I’d never tried before, and it was such a nice touch. It wasn’t overly sweet, and I would 100% order it again. The staff were extremely friendly and took their time explaining the tea options and helping us choose what would suit us best.
The signature hand-pounded rice mochi milk tea with taro was delicious and unique to this store. The hot version of this drink was perfect for a cold day. The order was quick and the item was made promptly. The store looks clean and bright. Recommended.
BeFine Cha 67 Bayard St. New York, NY 10013 Bamboo Oolong Kiwi Fruit Tea While the name may be unbelievably long, the taste was unbelievably refreshing. This beverage has large chunks of kiwi with a foamy top. You will definitely need a thicker straw to slurp all the goodness. The best part is chewing on the remaining fruit from the bottom of the cup. #befinecha #bamboooolong #KiwiFruitTea #chinatownnyc #chinatownlowermanhattan
Ordered the smash grape perfume lemon tea and the bamboo oolong kiwi fruit tea. The grape one had a strong tea flavor and grape pieces inside. The kiwi didn’t have much tea flavor, just tasted like kiwi but in liquid form. The ears on the cups were cute though! There’s also some seating inside.
