Every time there's this little bit of snow storm there was a close. So ridiculous. Like I'm fed up with YOLOs being closed. Every little stinking snow storm like it's downtown get dropped off and work. There's no need to close the shop up. There's so many shops downtown Keene that are open and we seem to have to go to Cafe smoothie shop in Keene. They're better anyway. They're always open. They never close now and then they close early but that's about it. Always reliable. Always open on snow days regardless. Yolo's I can't never seem to get very good service unless it's on the weekends. That's the best time to go. Is Saturday and Sundays are the best time to go? I've always had a really good service, very friendly. They always have strawberries. They never run out of things. But during the week if I go Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, it seems like they're at a bananas or strawberries. They make a really good farmers bowl

I was super excited to finally get to keene to try this place. I talked it up so highly to my daughter. We stopped in yesterday and honestly we didnt feel welcomed at all. No smiles, no welcome no explanations of the menu. It was quite obvious we were new and we both have vision impairment and were struggling to see the menu. Very awkward vibe. Im taking my son tomorrow, lets hope its a more uplifting environment. 🙏

Buyer beware, the servings of ice cream here are gigantic. The kiddie size is probably the equivalent of a normal person’s large. Staff are super friendly and will let you taste whatever you want. Great perk was that they had some dairy free options as well (oat milk)

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food was quite good; I ordered an açai bowl and a smoothie, both of which were delightful. However, one of my friends received ice cream that seemed freezer burnt. Since it was our first visit, that might have been an isolated incident but I’m not quite sure. The prices can be a bit on the higher side, but overall, I would still recommend.

So disappointing to have heard such great things only to come and be served vanilla soft serve topped with chocolate syrup and passed off as chocolate soft serve. I switched to chocolate because the white chocolate soft serve I ordered disappointingly came in a near liquid form in a clear cup. The cashier explained only about four of the dozen or so soft serve flavors actually come out of the machine the others are mixed by hand. Peep the cone filled with vanilla and the side of syrup (I tossed the inside).
