Food and coffee were good. Decorated very nicely, comfortable seating. The reason I gave a lower mark for service is because of several mishaps. The person taking my order supposedly didn't enter in my food order just my coffee and a hat I purchased. Another associate thought I ordered "to go" so put my coffee in a paper cup. She later offered to put it in a mug which was nice, and she also said she would have my sandwich ready shortly. My sandwich never came, when I asked about it the person said she never put it on the order, which I found odd since the server said she'd have it ready soon. I hadn't asked for a receipt initially so had no proof that I'd paid for the sandwich. She said she was sorry, but charged me for the sandwich and never offered to comp it or even offer a refill of my coffee, so I won't be back.

We’ve been here a couple times for the soup flights! The soups were all so good and so was the pumpkin spice latte! It’s really cute in there too!

Cozy local coffee shop with lots of comfortable spaces to hang out. Cafe Latte was great - soild espresso taste and silky milk foam. Was busy on a Saturday morning - mostly due to their drive-through. Will go again.

Very nice place that offers some neat sandwichs and great coffee and teas. The atmosphere is nice inside and looks are deceiving as they offer more seating in the back area. My only issue is the lack of customer service. The food is decent but no one ever asked how things are. If we need anything or really said anything at all. When our food was brought to the table it was just here you go. Don't get me wrong everyone is very nice and friendly but I don't get that warm customer service feel. The chai tea was great and the selection they offer is awesome. Overall a neat place a good stop when you are thirsty or looking for a snack.

I knew I was going to love this place before I even opened the door…SO many adorable items for sale, it was hard to control myself 😍. An absolutely gorgeous interior with an abundance of wonderful seating. I love all the different areas.. the cozy couches & fireplace in back are seriously the icing on the cake. I had a hot spiced apple chai… wow… the PERFECT fall drink! I’m still thinking about it half a day later. Amazing staff too! All around fantastic place. Worth the drive from Appleton… I’ll definitely be back!!
