HUGE donuts ! Also very tasty & creative flavors / fillings. You can tell that the owner cares about the products they put out. I wouldn't say it's the best donut I've ever had but they are the best I've had in the Boston area so far. I would definitely go back for more. Be prepared to pay more than you would for a crappy Dunkin donut , but you get what you pay for.
Wow, I really am speechless with my experience at Kanes! We stopped by to try out some of the gluten-free donuts and we were immediately impressed with all the options that they had. The service was amazing. We express our extreme gratitude to have a place that we felt safe enough to eat at and to be able to enjoy a sweet treat that usually we aren’t able to be gluten-free can be extremely restrictive when traveling. However, one of the owners who we were talking to expressed the extensive amount of trial and error, it took to formulate the gluten-free doughnut and all of the courses that she took as well to gain knowledge on gluten-free. This is an amazing business and I suggest anyone who likes donuts or gluten-free to pay them a visit you will not be disappointed!!
Wow! This place was recommended and a short walk from my hotel. It did not dissapoint. The staff was super friendly—they gave me great recs, which was a huge help because the variety and creativity on display were insane! Seriously, it was tough choosing because everything looked so good. I tried the Boston Cream and the Coconut Lemon. Both were absolutely delicious, and FYI, each donut size was massive! The Boston Cream was moist and packed tasty filling. The Coconut Lemon was a delicious surprise: a huge, cake-style donut with tangy lemon filling and sweet coconut flake. Everything was fresh, and the portions were huge. 10/10, I will be back. Next time, I will just get one donut, 2 was too many and I can eat!
They’re huge and yummy donuts. I got a Boston cream and it was a 4/5 - I ate through about 25% of it before I hit cream. It had a great chewy with crispy texture. They’re an average of $4 a donut.
I came to Kane’s specifically for their gluten free donuts, and I was not disappointed! The chocolate cake donuts were a little on the dense side, but still tasty. I also tried the apple cider donut and the blueberry, which were amazing. Also I really appreciated the service, the worker changed his gloves when handling the gluten free donuts which was really great. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Kane’s to anyone looking for delicious gluten free treats!
