Cascadia Cafe
1701 SW Western Blvd, Corvallis, OR
Crema's Take
“This intimate Corvallis spot strikes that perfect balance between quick-service convenience and genuine hospitality, where staff remember regulars and even pamper therapy dogs with homemade pup cups. The coffee and pastries hit a sweet spot of quality and affordability, though gluten-free options could use some expansion beyond their single brownie offering. It's the kind of neighborhood cafe that feels like a community gathering place, whether you're dashing in for your morning brew or settling in for an unhurried visit with friends.”

Quick service. Intimate setting.
Super friendly staff. Coffee, tea and pastries were all good. They even treated our therapy dog Augie to a pup cup which he enjoyed immensely. Great place to grab a quick beverage and pastry.
Best coffee in town. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent prices for fancy coffee. They lose one star because the only gluten free pastry they have is a brownie.
Great coffee and amazing customer service right at opening!
Coffee is pretty good - not the best ever but not terrible. Mainly reviewing because they currently open at 7:30, not 6.
