Crema's Take
“This Norfolk gem draws coffee lovers with its moody, thoughtfully designed aesthetic and standout specialty drinks that justify the wait. The kitchen is genuinely talented with savory items like their powerfully flavored Scotch eggs, though the menu's execution can be inconsistent—some days the ingredients shine, other days they miss the mark. It's the kind of place that wins you over with its personality and potential, best visited when you're in the mood for excellent coffee and charming surroundings rather than guaranteed consistency across the board.”

The atmosphere is the only redeeming part of this place — cute, moody, and well designed. Unfortunately, the food quality was unacceptable. The strawberries were mushy, the avocado was brown and clearly old, and there was a hair in my food. I brought this to the staff’s attention and received a quick apology, but nothing beyond that. No replacement, no partial comp, no offer of a drink — nothing. For a brunch restaurant, this level of food quality and customer service is disappointing. Nice vibes, but not worth returning due to poor quality control and lack of accountability.
I loved the place! Went based on the recommendation of a fellow foodie, and it did not disappoint!! The mall quaint setup, was very welcoming, comfortable and and diverse. The food was excellent, and my pockets weren't empty when I left💰💰
Stand in line, order, and seat yourself. Indoor and outdoor seating. Specialty coffee, mimosa, and other drinks. We tried the Scotch eggs, wow powerful flavor and very tasty, definitely a great treat. I had the Baja Benedicts, bit of a kick, but very tasty. He had the tacos and added the sausage, bit of spice. He said it was good although still raving about the Scotch eggs. They do have the deviled eggs many flavors, didn't have room to try but we love those.
Menu could use some work...lots left to to interpretation. Was really disappointed to receive candied cold bacon today because I was really looking forward to chowing down. The deviled Adobo eggs were mediocre at best. The highlight of my mini meal was my turkey sausage. May come back and see if my rating can be improved but there just too may mishaps for me to enjoy today's visit.
9/13/25 - very cute spot and love the aesthetic. There is a bit of parking next to the place but can find street parking as well. They have inside and outside seating. Inside is pretty small and more so for 1-4 people. Outside seating you could seat a little more. You order at the register and then they bring the food out to you. I got the waffle plate. My friends got the chicken and waffles and another got the appetizer loaded fries. I got the I heart t rex drink, and my friends got the mocktail drink that looked like a mojito. Another one got the ginger beer. The food was pretty good. My waffle was cooked just right, just enough brown on it. However some of my friends were not and still soft. Some of my friends got a larger size of chicken than others, but they all said it was delicious. You can also get hot honey on the side with your dish. The fries were really good as well. I also enjoyed the drink but be mindful as to how small it is. I wish it was a little bit bigger. Overall really enjoyed everything and the service was pretty quick with checking out table and grabbing out empty dishes.
