Inside the Beacon, the same great food, coffee ☕ and service. I met the owners and their nephew again and we had great conversations! We talked about the great music 🎶 they were allowed to play, the Beacon's interior and how they came to takeover the spot for Midtown Cafe. I had an egg and 🧀 cheese croissant 🥐 sandwich with a BBQ Brown Sugar 🎵 How come you taste so good! 🎵 Oops 😬! Sorry 😐! that hit 🎯 the spot. My Columbian Pour Over was a taste of Heaven! My cinnamon roll was big and tasty 😋! You can create your own breakfast 🍳 sandwich from the options presented on their menu next to the ordering counter. They will bring your order to where you are sitting, even to the seasonal outdoor seating on the sidewalk. NXT Coffee ☕ Bar 🍻 and this William(I Am) & Sons Coffee ☕ Co. are equal for being my favorite places to visit for coffee and atmosphere. Great service, Geisha pour over coffee ☕ and food! I tried the Chocolate Strawberry 🍓 Croissant 🥐 Pudding(?), which is made up of buttery croissants made into another style of pastry. I had the Turkey 🦃 Cranberry Brie Panini for lunch. Enjoyable! Pan Suisse Croissant with vanilla custard and chocolate was good! Update: January 2026; Orange 🍊 Cranberry muffin was good! Raspberry White 🤍 Mocha Special Latte was good 👍! They brought my coffee and food out to me which I really appreciated! Thanks! I recommend a visit!

Every visit is excellent! The coffee & added flavors are always balanced. Pastries are always fresh and warm. Reward system that actually gives quality rewards and amazing customer service. La Dulce Vita & the cheese roll are always my favorites!

I had a nicely done Cortado here and the barista was so friendly and cheerful. The cup that the coffee is served in is very unique.

I stumbled upon this place today and decided to check it out. I came for the coffee but stayed for the description of the “Semplice Vita” (Simple Life)…however turns out the taste was even better than was described. That sandwich was sensational and probably top 5 sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend it! The homemade focaccia is the star of the show, but this is complimented very well by fresh ripe tomato, arugula, pesto, olive oil, prosciutto, and this beautiful juicy Buffalo mozzarella like Stracciatella cheese that made me feel like I was standing in the center of Rome, Italy! I will be back!

Absolutely loved both the food and coffee. First, the literal best crossant of my life. Delicious glaze on the outside, flakey until the center when it was a bit moist. Super satisfying. Then a breakfast sandwich on potato bread with bacon, potato latke, egg, cheese, and jalapeno pineapple jelly. Gluten free bread option if ya need. Plus the coffee is bold and smooth the way I like it. Casual seating inside with some high top counter spots and a couple couches. 10/10 no notes. EDIT: Had lunch, a beautiful sandwich on Focaccia with Arugula, prosciutto and burrata. Lots of olive oil and salt - nothing but net! Delicious.
