Meg A Latte Coffee House

I've never left a negative review anywhere, but I've given this place multiple tries and have been disappointed every time. I've never experienced an establishment mess up a coffee so bad. I asked for a brown sugar latte with half the syrup (because they make everything so sweet), and it tasted like they loaded it up with cinnamon. I never asked for cinnamon, I asked for brown sugar. I also ordered a matcha, but it was unfortunately way too sweet to drink. Unless something changes I will not be going back and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Myself and a group of friends decided to try this coffee shop as something new last Saturday. It was definitely busy around the 10am hour! Which is great for them! The gal who rung me up was very sweet even with being busy. The food was delicious, I got the country bowl, and the other bowls my friends got looked very appetizing as well. I got an iced machiotto and a regular black coffee, both were fabulous. It showed down by 12 and it was an overall great experience and I will definitely be going back!

I've given this place multiple tries and unfortunately, each time the experience has gotten worse. $22 for a large energy drink and avocado toast. Food and drink were good, but good is inconsistent each time. My issue is the customer service. None of those gals act like they enjoy working there and they portray that vibe to the customers. Just not impressed, especially when there are other "chain" shops in town that provide AMAZING customer service. Hard to shop small when it doesn't feel appreciated!

There’s a lot good about this coffee shop, but the coffee wasn’t great. The inside has been redone very nice workers were friendly price was cheap but my 12 ounce latte was weak. I don’t know if they only put 1 shot in or what, but there was not much coffee flavor and also it was very sweet. Needs to be lighter on the sweetener. The froth on the milk was pretty good. Some natural homemade flavors would be nice if possible. like maple syrup, brown sugar or caramel sauce or something. The vibe of the coffee shop seems cool so I hope they can figure out the coffee side

Meg-A-Latte has an exceptional group of employees, every time I come in they never fail to recommend tasty drinks and food. They serve all kinds of drinks, tea and energy drinks with a vast variety and combinations of flavors. You can literally build any kind of drink you can think of! They also have a rotating selection of featured drinks every month which is fun! With every new establishment comes a learning period and wait times. It’s important to remember that the employees are trying their best to deliver amazing service and quality drinks/food in a timely manner. If any mistakes are made they are always quick to fix it if you have the time to ask. In the first few months I would definitely give yourself a good 30 minute window as they are an exceptional coffee establishment and will therefore be busy. I recommend Meg-A-Latte to everyone, and will continue to do so! Ditch Caribou/Starbucks and enjoy a locally owned coffee shop that takes pride and care in providing a great cup of coffee.
