All of the staff are super sweet. They are cool with me experimenting with strange latte flavors! I really enjoy the cinnamon sugar toast. The baked goods and tacos are also super tasty. My three year old approves!

Absolutely amazing find! Wonderful specialty coffee done right, great selection of drinks and they are open to changing things up if you can't find the right one. Just talk to them about what you like and they will create something. Add it to the must visit coffee shops the next time you are in the area.

•World Traveler Review • Super Handy Location, Great Atmosphere. & Craft Coffee. Plenty of parking and comfortable seating in this clean, attractive coffee shop. Broad assortment of hand-made bakery items pair perfectly with their house-special coffees as well as their simple classics. Wheelchair-friendly with low music would also allow for friendly visits, small group get-togethers, or focused work with their available WiFi. Outdoor seating near a busy 4-Lane Street also has small, laptop-sized tables. Def Recommend for any coffee lovers that would also enjoy baked goods and warm atmosphere. Baristas are both knowledgable AND friendly… chatting with you while they make your favorites!

I can officially deem myself a regular! I’m usually at Instill Coffee almost every day, exploring the seasonal, signature, and evergreen options. One of my go-to bites is the avo kimchi toast—it’s always a hit! Yesterday, I ordered from the signature menu, but the drink I originally wanted wasn’t vegan-friendly. The barista offered me a great alternative—the Spanish Latte—and it did not disappoint. Today I ordered the Cookie Butter Latte! The Cookie Butter Latte was the perfect way to close out fall and welcome winter. From the first sip, it gave Christmas in a Cup vibes—warm, comforting, and full of cozy spices that wrap you up like your favorite sweater. The balance of sweetness and spice was just right, creating that smooth, festive finish that makes you pause and smile. It’s more than a drink—it’s a whole mood. The perfect sip to mark the change in seasons. Beyond the menu, the atmosphere is always lively: great music, great people, and a team that makes you feel right at home. I’ve met some amazing folks there and had the best conversations over coffee. Even when I had a small issue with an order once, it was handled quickly and graciously. All around, I love Instill Coffee for both the experience and the sense of community it brings. They’re also collecting food donations right now—so bring a few items next time you stop by!

Instill Coffee has a clean, welcoming, modern, and relaxing feel. We were welcomed at the door. For once, I didn't have to explain what "breve" is. Looks like they are transitioning from artificial to real plants which my wife appreciated. They so close at perfecting the iced chocolate breve. Definitely would come back.
