Jet Coffee

i love jet. i go every morning sometimes twice a day. i used to go to the broussard location faithfully which no matter the line they are fast. my coffee also doesn’t taste sweet and milky every time. every time i have been to the ambassador location no matter the line length it is extremely slow. i avoid this location as much as i can because of it but because of its location it is convenient. such an inconvenience to wait almost 30 to 45 minutes. ridiculous. when i finally get my coffee im excited for the creamy coffee not sweet or milky but what do you know it’s very milky and disappointing. they just don’t get my business like they used to.

My favorite coffee place! The best flavor options and always new things to try. I love that they also have energy drink options and lemonades! The customer service is always the best!

I am a die hard Jett Coffee lover. I normally go 1-2 times a day. I get a cloud 9 extra sweet extra shot. Today I went to the Ambassador location. I ordered 2 coffees. while waiting for the 2nd coffee I tasted the first I received. I kindly asked the girl..if they put the extra shot because it tasted water down. (No problem! It happens!!) SHE ASKED ME..Do you want me to make another...I was not going to ask! I told her"SURE IF YOU NO NOT MIND THAT WOULD BE GREAT" I then handed her the coffee back. She(In a red shirt) looked at her Co-worker(beautiful girl with a lots of blush) they locked eyes with a LONG stare as if she was annoyed. Red shirt started making the new coffee and threw my old one in the trash and they both started giggling. Now keep in mind I go to Jett everyday..I know what the coffee is supposed to taste like. and for $6.25..If it taste water down..Sure make a new one because its not cheap.. I did not ask her to make another. Normally when they mess up on a coffee they will let you keep the messed up one. MY ASSUMPTION is that she thought I was trying to get a free coffee....? I am assuming thats why she threw the other in the trash aggressively and they started laughing or she was just pissed she had to remake it..? Not sure.. Either way they were giving "MEAN GIRL ENERGY" When I seen how they stared at each other I told the girl with lots of blush..Don't worry about it..I can keep the original coffee if it was that big of a deal(Again..I did not ask them to make another..SHE OFFERED).. This is defiantly first world problems but as much money as I spend there I was so upset when I left. It was unnecessary how they treated me. I will not be going back to that location again.

This cafe is a great place to hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee. I was greeted with very friendly service at the order counter. The seating area is also very comfortable, complemented by the calming sunset view.

Came here on opening day, free drinks were being served, the drive thru was at least a mile long or maybe even more, the inside also had a super long line, but in typical jet fashion it moved super fast, max 20 minutes. Awesome !!!! The atmosphere is very nice and there is even an upstairs outdoor patio that is amazing, can’t wait to come back after the “newness” wears down. Love that they will be opened late !!! That’s fantastic!!! Beautiful interior and the staircase is very pretty wood!
