Crema's Take

This family-friendly Fresno gem specializes in fresh-baked pan dulce and Mexican breakfast favorites, where you'll grab a tray and choose your own warm sweet breads straight from the oven—the rectangle-shaped empanadas are a standout. The welcoming owner and staff set a warm, unhurried vibe perfect for lingering over tortas and chorizo burritos that justify the wait, though arriving earlier in the day ensures you catch everything at peak freshness. Fair warning: service can run slow and quality is best in the morning, but when you hit it right, the food here truly delivers that chef's kiss.

The food was so delicious! 🤤 The wait seemed like a bit much, 30 minutes for a burrito & a torta. They had said 15 minutes. The torta was off the charts delicious!! The breakfast chorizo burrito was so yummy!! 😋 Just don’t go super hungry & you will be fine lol 😝

The owner/cashier was very welcoming. You'll have to request a tray to start choosing your sweet bread. I bought a few pieces, by far my favorite was a rectangle shaped empanada style filled with shredded coconut 9/10. $2/piece. Parking is available on the storefront on the street.

Everything i ordered was stale. There was mold inside the bread w/ cheese and jalapeno. I did go at 3pm, maybe the quality is better in the morning.

We stopped in today for a bite to eat, and this place is pretty dang good! We ordered some tortas, and got some pan, as well as their frappes, all of which were/are very delicious! The lady working there was sooo nice, and helpful. She made us feel very welcome, and the wait time wasn't bad either. You can eat there, or order to go. It's also extremely clean inside, which I had to mention, cause some places aren't all that tidy. Anywho, we will mos-def be back to try more items, like their tamales! And yes, they are more than worth the drive from Reedley. 5⭐'s all day, for their friendly service, the quick wait time, the great atmosphere, and of course the awesome tasting food! Thank you, La Luna Bakery & Cafe, for being amazing!!!
