Crema's Take

Nestled in Taos, this espresso-focused roastery excels at milk-based drinks with beautifully balanced flavor, where a really good flat white is the kind of thing that keeps people coming back. The Luna location shines as both a sit-and-linger café and a destination for sourcing thoughtfully roasted beans, with staff who genuinely engage with customers about their preferences and aren't afraid to steer you toward something new. It's the sort of place where you can settle in with your coffee and pastry, chat with the baristas, or grab bags of beans to take home—reliable, unpretentious, and genuinely welcoming to families and regulars alike.

Great flat whites with good espresso flavor coming through and perfectly steamed milk! Also got a chocolate dipped biscotti which was pretty good. Staff were all super friendly! The WiFi is spotty for working but I’d go back for the coffee and welcoming atmosphere.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place is not the move. Walked in, 3 employees behind the counter all talking and on their phones. Stood and waited to order for a few minutes while the employees finished their conversation. Girl that took my order was super rude, zero customer service - annoyed that I was there. Coffee was not good either. Bakery/coffee shop around the corner is by far the move - don’t sleep on it!

We love Ohori’s for grabbing beans to brew at home. We especially appreciate Thomas- he always shares good recommendations based on what I’m looking for, reg/decaf, and what’s new. He’s great to my kids and always friendly. Thank you!

We were very impressed with Ohori's on our first visit (Luna location). That day a medium and dark roast were offered...we went with the medium roast, Zia, a blend of beans from 3 countries Ehtiopia East Timor Peru. We like our coffee black, so we can enjoy the flavors...Zia was complex, and most definitely chocolatey. Ohori's start was from an esteemed lineage and it definitely came through in our cups of coffee. This is definitely the place to go for coffee when in Santa Fe. We highly recommend it!

A great shop with reasonably priced bulk coffee and friendly and knowledgeable employees. There was the added bonus of a free cup of coffee with the purchase we made.
