Crema's Take
“Noe's Cafe is a warmhearted neighborhood spot right across from the Santa Barbara courthouse where the owner's genuine hospitality shines through every interaction. Their kitchen clearly takes pride in breakfast and lunch, with standouts like chilaquiles and fresh pastries made with the kind of care that keeps customers coming back, and the open-air indoor space paired with outdoor seating makes it ideal for lingering conversations or casual meetings.”

First impression good, very attentive host . We were unable to get seated outside but inside was pleasant open air. The food very good would recommend. Across from the courthouse, beautiful!
Noe’s Cafe is an absolute gem. The food was incredible — full of bold, well-balanced flavor, cooked with care, and clearly made from the heart. Every bite tasted intentional and comforting, the kind of food that keeps you talking about it long after you leave. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — not rushed, not transactional, just real hospitality. You can feel the love in both the food and the atmosphere. 10 out of 10, hands down. Highly recommend Noe’s Cafe if you’re looking for amazing food, great energy, and a place that feels like home.
Wonderful experience we had at this place. Breakfast was delicious, we had the chilaquiles with chicken and the Monte Cristo sandwich. The service was excellent and the owner very polite and friendly. The view we had of the courthouse was amazing.
My friend got married at the Santa Barbara courthouse, and we gladly seen there was a restaurant from across it, and it NOT disappoint. Had an absolutely amazing experience! The service was friendly and fast, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious. Everything came out fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!
Wow! This is an extremely new restaurant. There are literally no pictures or decor on the walls and the bar stock is weak. However, I get it! This family is trying to bring back life to a building that has seen a lot of turnover. The service was good and everybody was pleasant. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich and it was excellent! Packed full of Turkey and ham on a brioche bread that was wonderfully pan-fried. My wife had the breakfast sandwich. She enjoyed it. The bacon is very good! My son had the chilaquiles with chicken and Verde sauce. He enjoyed them. We also had the stuffed French toast and the brioche they use is very good. I'd give them a couple weeks to tighten up some things and expand their bar offerings. Otherwise very good food and a beautiful view of the courthouse.
