Crema's Take

This charming Koreatown spot masterfully blends traditional and inventive drinks, with their strawberry matcha and hojicha creations earning devoted fans despite occasional execution quirks. The sprawling covered outdoor patio and thoughtfully separated wifi zones make it an ideal refuge for long study sessions or leisurely meetups, while their fusion-forward menu—think creamy kimchi pasta alongside beautifully plated light fare—elevates the typical cafe experience into something more deliberately crafted.

Layered matcha strawberry is very thick in flavor, not the refresh matcha I imagined, and we ordered the hojicha donuts and felt the cream inside is a little bit oily. But a bright and good place to hang out with friends only problem is the WiFi was so hard to reach outside.

I genuinely love this cafe, and think it's a great place to study at or just chill; however, recently (November 8th to be exact) they raised their prices by like a dollar.. I think that's a crazy jump bc most places do it by max 50 cents, so for my matcha to go from 7.25 the Friday before the 8th to ~8.25/8.50 the following day was insane to me. Very heartbroken bc trust me y’all.. I know ball..

This place is super cute and great for studying. They have a large outdoor patio which is covered and a good amount of indoor seating. They have separate wifis for the inside/outside areas so the wifi always works pretty quickly. Their matcha einspanner was super yummy and a fair price ($7). Also tried their butter and strawberry salt breads. Both were very tasty and their other food looked pretty good! Definitely would recommend for studying but parking is 2hr limit.

Hands downs one of the best Korean cafe options in Ktown. The strawberry matcha converted me into liking that combo. Kimchi pasta was absolutely delicious with its creamy sauce and fluffy toasty bread. There were so many tasty food and pastry options that I couldn't decide on. There's a huge amount of outdoor and indoor seating, with plenty of outlets inside. It's so relaxing to sit in the patio surrounded by greenery, taking it all in with a cup of coffee. Super big bonus is the free parking (can be difficult) and free wifi! Staff was so friendly too.

It was a fancy-style meal with fusion flavors. The beautifully plated dishes were a feast for the eyes, making the experience even more enjoyable. The spacious patio was a lovely touch, but I felt a bit embarrassed as some elderly ladies were using it as if it were a bed. Although the café hasn’t been open for long, it seems like it will continue to grow and improve. I will definitely visit this place more often. Overall, a memorable dining experience with a mix of elegance and humor!
