Café 412
400 S Main St, Pittsburgh, PA
Crema's Take
“Tucked away in Pittsburgh, this cozy neighborhood gem wins hearts with genuinely friendly staff and a kitchen that puts real care into both coffee and food—think Italian paninis that earn husband approval and breakfast items that go beyond the usual suspects. The light, welcoming atmosphere makes it equally suited for a quick caffeine boost or lingering over avocado toast and conversation, with baristas who nail their lattes and a cook who actually steps out to check on your experience. At 4.8 stars, it's earned the loyal following of regulars who keep coming back for the honest hospitality as much as the solid food and coffee.”

Stopped by for lunch - first time here, so I did not know what to expect. The atmosphere was light and fresh and the staff was friendly. I ordered the Italian Panini which was very tasty. I am so tired of establishments (i.e. Subway) going so cheap on the amount of meat on a sandwich. Well this was certainly NOT the case here. The sandwich was generously endowed with cold cuts and cheese that were of good quality. Enjoyed with a bottle of cold root beer. I’ll definitely go there again next time I’m in the neighborhood.
Cute little spot with delicious and not your typical breakfast items. My latte was good. Hubby ordered the Italian Panini and he was very happy with it. The cook came out and asked how the food was. That was a nice gesture and was much appreciated. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.
One of the friendliest places to get food and coffee in the area. Used to come here all the time and order a grilled cheese with tomato and onion and boy that was great. Staff is super friendly as well especially John, Michelle, and Noel.
Stopped by for a quick bite on our way to Glory Daze.. this is the cutest little place & you will not be disappointed by the food. Everything was so good! Definitely adding this to our list next time we are in the area
Clean restaurant, welcoming staff. Paid parking on the street ($1/hour). They have decaf and delicious hot chocolate - not too sweet. We enjoyed the a ocado toast and turkey panini. Will be back soon!
