Crema's Take
“This Aurora gem serves authentic Ethiopian cuisine with injera made from 100% teff flour, paired with traditional drinks and matcha tea that guests rave about. The owner, Ameena, is the heart of the experience—she's genuinely passionate about sharing her culture and takes time to warmly explain each dish and recommendation with real hospitality. It's the perfect spot to linger over slow coffee, grab light food, and feel welcomed like family, whether you're a local or just passing through Colorado.”

The lady who served us was so nice, she gave us recommendations and kindly explained to us what each dish was. It was sooo sooo good!! Highly recommend awaze tibs and Ethiopian tea. 10/10 will go again!
Incredible! The owner is the sweetest person on the planet. She was so accommodating and seemed to loved to share her culture/food. We were blown away. Also, make sure to get the tea, it was amazing. Cannot recommend enough!!
Absolutely excellent Ethiopian food and injera made with 100% teff flour which isn’t as common anymore (and more difficult to work with). The woman who owns the store is very sweet and brings the food out to you. Atmosphere-wise seating is within the food hall but I had no issues finding a seat. The chai was also delicious, highly recommend!
Came here while I was visiting Colorado for a weekend training. I looked at the reviews and decided to come and boy was I in for a treat. The location is good because it has other food options within the establishment. So if your family wants something different, which they shouldn't, but if they do... it's available. The food was divine and so fresh. The injera was so tasty and the perfect amount of tartness that I like. I literally ate everything she put for me on the plate. It was shareable, but I was alone and so hungry from traveling. The last thing I wanna say besides thank you to the owner is if you are thinking of coming ... I definitely recommend. Definitely get the orange tea too. I've been dreaming about it since I left!! I really need the recipe 😩
Natoli is wonderful. The owner, Ameena, is incredibly kind and helpful. She really elevated the experience with a passion for her country's cuisine and offering up explanations on menu items and even letting us sample the Special Orange Tea. She prepares the injera bread fresh daily and it is very good. We tried the Veggie Combo and Awaze Tibs, all of which is tasty with plenty of variety and quantity. The spice heat level can also be customized. The restaurant is located in the Mango House, a cultural activity center. There are shops and other food vendors with a centralized seating area. It's a very authentic experience and I highly recommend giving this place a try.
