I usually enjoy this location, but stopped in today and accidentally purchased the incorrect drink due to the way boba buckets are listed on the kiosk. Rather than make me another, the male barista just walked me to the kiosk and told me sorry it's your fault. I agree that I should have read the kiosk more carefully; I would have appreciated it more if they had educated me, took the original drink back, and remade the drink as desired. I ended up paying $11 + 17% tip and leaving empty handed i.e.. I would make sure you pay attention when ordering. My recommendation is to go to the downtown location.

Took my mother in law here for the first time. She loved it. The worker (I’m not sure what his name was) was absolutely wonderful and gave her a full experience and had her try different bobas to see what she liked. Thank you for giving my mother in law a cool first time experience and treating us with kindness. He deserves a raise ;)

Usually this place is amazing(which is why they don’t deserve a 1 star but today just wasn’t it took a very long time which is understandable having only one person working and so many drinks to make but when I got my order it was pretty much just ice and poppers. I got a strawberry and pineapple slush tea with passion fruit poppers. I still love it here just was sad:(

Recently I was turned on to Boba Tea / Bubble Tea...whichever way you want to call it, so I took a trip to Tap Tea Bar at the Pointe for lunch. I wasn't hungry but I knew my body needed some energy and figured this would be a great spot to try out. Walking in, it was quaint, homey and decorated nicely. The staff assisted me when I tried to figure out how to fill in the order sheet since I had no clue what a few of the "toppings" were all about. I made the choice to go with the cookies & cream frostea (regular size) and asked the kind barista to make it the way she would. It was delicious. I'm still trying to get used to chewing on tapioca balls after I take a drink, but they are incredibly flavorful. I was more than pleased with this beverage...especially for just $6 and change, and I'm looking forward to trying out another one of these from Tap very soon. The staff were polite, cordial and seemed very happy with their role at Tap. That's awesome. Thanks again and I'll be seeing you again soon.
