Happy Duo Cafe

Our first visit and we will definitely be back! This is the kind of shop you could hang out in for hours - very cozy and inviting. The lavender matcha is creamy and delicious, the croissants were flaky and fresh, and the barista was welcoming and friendly. Lots of art/crafts for sale from local artists as well.

Very inviting and kind staff, good selection of pastries both sweet and savory. Espresso quality was good. Lots of comfortable seating, free public parking garage is a short walk away. Cafe was very clean and had a very cute interior!

I had an early morning appointment out in University Place and was in such need for coffee! Decided on the Happy Duo Cafe and it was such a warm place. The lobby had cute decor with chic furniture and all these plants around the place. The coffee place is located within the University Place Town Center so there are two entrances you can utilize. Plenty of parking street side on Market Place or you can park below in the garage for free it seems. I spoke with the barista who let me know that they have an ongoing list that the regulars actually ask to reserve tables for social or work related needs, which I thought was unique for a coffee cafe! I went with my usual dirty chai (when im super tired!) and it was delicious. If im in the area again, I would love to try out one of their specialty drinks or treats!

My fiancé and I love Happy Duo Cafe. The coffee is always good. Their pastries are delicious as well. Staff is kind :) The atmosphere is cozy!

Our first time in. You know how you can sometimes get an instant calm, positive vibe about a place as soon as you walk through the door? Happy Duo Cafe envelopes you like a warm wrap. Friendly staff, all smiles, and quick service. We only had one sweet, and it was great. This is a great meet up place, and also just to sit by yourself and sip and gaze out the window. Check them out. We’ll be back!
