Crema's Take

This Ann Arbor gem roasts its own coffee and takes pride in thoughtful details, from hand-selected mugs to house-made oat milk crafted with local ingredients. The sun-drenched space strikes that rare balance of being calm and inviting, with a rotating menu of seasonal soups and carefully executed espresso drinks that keep regulars coming back. It's the kind of place where you can feel the care in every decision, whether you're settling in for a slow morning or meeting a friend over an exceptional cappuccino.

My oat milk cafe miel was so creamy and delicious. They make their own oat milk with local oats! I always love the soups which change to use different seasonal veggies. This is my favorite cafe in Ann Arbor 🙂

This cafe is INCREDIBLE!!! I love the location, I love the decor and loads of natural light in the building. The Staff are so friendly and mellow.:) I literally ate the most delicious, hearty sourdough pancakes, with fresh maple syrup and melted butter mixed in with the warm syrup. The 2 pancakes were dense, about the size of a standard paper plate, and they did taste like a freshly baked sourdough loaf. I’m going back just for those pancakes ! Thank you to the whole Team! -Angela

Really calm, quiet, and full of natural sunlight. Delicious coffee which they roast themselves. Fun merch too.

Espy cafe cares about the details and it’s evident in everything they do. As a coffee lover, they hit every pointer that tells me they know what they’re doing. From the carefully crafted mugs, to the ceramic details sprinkled around the space, the details were a main focus on the space. The miel I had was so good. Peter is so friendly and his passion bleeds thru him. I can’t wait to bring all of my friends here!

Beautiful cafe, where every detail was carefully selected. Immediately welcoming and thoughtful. Opening day menu was short but intentional. I enjoyed a cappuccino and sourdough pancakes. Both were delicious. Can’t wait to spend more time here.
