Pride Travel Center

Came in and purchased Diesel a large amount . I asked for use of bathroom and the lady said no bathroom it’s out of order . My question is how can you operate a store without a functioning bathroom. It’s inconsiderate for truckers to not have a working bathroom .Please beware facilities do not work .

Came inside the gas station to get Tea at Donkin. Was going to wait until donkin opens. Since cashier likes to constantly smoke outside she kicked me out of gas station and called cops. WOW just wow!

I came here fill up my Semi Truck and Reefer and wanted to buy food I ring the bell at chicken counter to buy Food the the Man there got angry because I ring the bell for him and he told me to leave never ever come here again bad customer service feel sorry for the owner . Bad place to come

NOT a truck stop--as someone else said. My issue is the bathrooms being closed. (And 8:00?! Ridiculous!) But I see from other comments they also don't allow drivers to sleep? A Springfield regulation?? They'd rather drivers have accidents?! I think this explains why the Hartford Pride truck stop is always so stuffed full of trucks.

I always like going here. Sometimes it can get quite messy inside, probably because it gets pretty busy any employees hate cleaning, but I always find everything I need and the employees are always friendly. I use the app when I go, to accumulate points and money off on gas. It wasn't too important to me until the spike in gas prices, I used my discount on Thursday, what a blessing. I never knew they capped it off at 15 gallons, the truck takes much more than 15 gallons. Well, let me get accumulating points again.
