Teaspoon

Crema's Take

Teaspoon brings a welcoming, aesthetically pleasing vibe to Santa Rosa's boba scene with a thoughtfully decorated space that invites you to linger. While their specialty drinks and creative concoctions show promise—particularly when you find a barista like Delilah who's excited to customize—consistency seems to be their growing edge, with some customers noting gaps between what's promised on the menu and what lands in your cup. If you're looking for a charming spot to explore signature creative drinks and matcha options, it's worth a visit, just be clear about your customizations.

I just left this establishment feeling at odds with the interaction I was presented with. The young lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me upon entering, which is fine, she was completing orders. When she did come to the register nothing, no hello no nothing, just a blank stare, I requested a double espresso as they have a full espresso bar in full view. She yelled to me that they do not do espresso that they just do tea inspired drinks I was thrown back by how rude she was. I thanked her and exited before I became upset. This level of customer service should be addressed.

I ordered taro milk tea. The menu showed there are chunks. They did not give me any and the taro milk tea is full of ice cubes. After I requested for the chunks, they remake it, but there's still no chunks == And they didn't even bother to call out to pick up the tea as if I owe them stuff. The taro milk tea taste tasteless too, it's got chemical smell and plain. I also ordered their mini pancakes . Their mini pancakes taste mediocre. The mini pancakes don't worth 12 dollars. I regretted spending 23 dollars on the taro milk tea and mini pancakes at this store. They are not worth my money.

Extremely disappointed with our drinks, and will not be returning. Paid extra for boba I didn’t even get, which is clearly shown on the receipt. The Thai boba lacked flavor and tasted like plain water with sweet tapioca pearls. Overall, don’t recommend!

I used to swing by this Teaspoon as a special treat once in awhile, until the boba barista Delilah let me make a custom beverage! She let's me swap the coffee out of the coconut coffee drink and put the dark assam tea in it instead and it is so delicious! Now I crave it and come by at least once a week for my custom sip of happiness. Thank you for allowing customizable beverages. It makes the cost of the treat feel justifiable when it comes out EXACTLY as your tummy desires lol 😆.

Very nicely decorated new boba shop. I wouldn’t say the bobas are authentic, but they’re pretty good. Definitely worthy of coming back and trying it again. I would get rid of the disposable straws… they get plastic shavings in the drinks and my mouth..
