What a beautiful new space in the heart of Baylor’s campus! They serve the absolute best hand crafted boba drinks and I love all the new options, can’t wait to see what’s to come on the menu. The addition of Norma’s Florals is perfect, I loved picking out a small bouquet with my daughter . Such a charming spot.

Cha community is my favorite boba tea, not just in Texas. The food is also great! Cha Community is my favorite place to work remotely, have meetings, catch up with friends, or just to go and unwind. It’s just such a welcoming place that is so special to me.

Cha is the best boba tea shop in Waco! Fresh, authentic, and friendly! Vietnamese coffee, galaxy lemonade, and Milky Way with Boba are my some of my favorites. Sweetness levels are customizable too! It’s cute aesthetic and drinks are the best place to stop by while on Baylor campus!

Locals have loved Cha Community since their appearance in 2018 and this newest location is evidence that it’s still a favorite! My go-to drink is Wacoco or Milky Way and my kids love the brown sugar or dirty milk tea. If you have had a bad boba experience before you must try here because their method is way better than others and they got me on team boba when before I wasn’t. If you want some amazing food swing by their location on Franklin Ave and try the BBQ pork bun or dumplings!!
