Crema's Take

Koliba Coffee by Zero Tolerance is an espresso-focused haven where meticulous craft meets a genuinely welcoming atmosphere—their smooth, beautifully executed shots shine in both traditional and creative drinks, while thoughtful details like natural light, minimal noise, and plenty of outlets make it equally suited for a quick specialty coffee moment or settling in for hours of work. The team's commitment to quality extends beyond the cup to their house-made coffee bars and carefully sourced pastries, creating a space where you can taste the care in every sip and feel genuinely good about supporting what they're doing.

There are so many reasons to love SIYO. What stands out most is their commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients. You can genuinely feel good about whatever you order, whether it’s a drink or something from the bakery case. My go-to is a simple cold brew with real maple syrup and delicious, creamery-quality cream. It’s smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. They also offer some really unique items you do not see everywhere, like cinnamon sugar roasted cacao beans and cold brew cacao. Their house-made fine chocolates are just as memorable and make it hard to leave without taking a few home. On weekends they serve a great brunch, and they have gelato too. The space itself is peaceful with a quieter vibe, which makes it perfect for relaxed conversations, an afternoon reset, or getting some work done. As someone who works remotely, I always appreciate finding a spot that feels calm and welcoming without being too quiet or cookie-cutter. SIYO nails that balance.

This coffee shop has quickly become my favorite hangout spot. The baristas really know their craft. the espresso is smooth, the latte art is beautiful, and everything is made with care. The atmosphere is perfect: calm enough to focus, but still lively and inviting. Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or staying for a while, it’s an excellent experience every time.

Really cool spot - my ideal coffee shop! Background music that isn’t distracting, natural light, lots of seating, AND good coffee! Had a little scone to get me by as well. Have been three times in the past five days - to load up on beans before a snowstorm and twice to get out of the house. Cherokee owned with Cherokee artwork on their coffee bags.

A great place that has original coffee, craft chocolate, and is well suited for conversation. After enjoying Flat White and a small solid "coffee bar" (an in-house made bar of coffee and dark chocolate), I stayed over for a cup of Craft Hot Chocolate that was single origin Ugandan sourced. Rich, like mainling a chocolate bar. Especially great if you just order it straight up without added sugar. Siyo (aka Zero Tolerance) is a place with a heart, veteran-owned (the pleasant owner popped in right before a deployment), Cherokee rooted (you cannot get more locally owned than First American!), and as they say, "flavor obsessed." The service was great, and if things aren't too busy, ask for the scoop on the chocolate bar names (they may point you to the educative signage). It's a great find and not (yet) as overcrowded as you would find in the more centralized urban areas. The secret is getting out!Worth the trip and enjoying a lingering stay.

We loved our experience! We both had an iced Vietnamese and a few extras. The presentation was great. The vibe was mild noise which made this a great place to study/work. There are additional outlets to plug in a laptop or phone while seated and a couple of places groups can gather. Everything was clean and inviting.
