FiiZ Drinks

Had a great experience at the drive up window today. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order and the staff was very helpful in helping me find a sugar-free drink that turned out to be super yummy. And she even gave my dog a pup cup!

The workers were making tik-toks the moment we walked into the building and had to finish before taking my order. When asking questions regarding the menu they became annoyed and struggled to understand what we were asking about. They made our drinks just fine but then under filled our pretzel bites. I have a feeling they under filled our pretzel bites because we asked too many questions. Once they finished our order they hopped right back onto their phones. They were more worried about finishing their tik-toks than customer service. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

I’ve tried to give FiiZ multiple chances because the location is so convenient for me, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The customer service just isn’t great. At the drive-thru, they can rarely hear you, so you end up repeating yourself several times. They also prompt you to tip before making the drink, and if you don’t, the attitude instantly shifts—they become cold and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this has been my experience both in the drive-thru and inside the store. Inside, it never feels welcoming. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. The food items are also a complete miss: stale popcorn, cold “donut hole” treats served in a Styrofoam cup, and just overall low quality. I’ve also lost count of how many drinks have been made incorrectly. On top of that, they constantly discontinue menu items or are out of flavors, yet the menu never gets updated—so you end up trying to order things they don’t even carry anymore. Drink is also ALWAYS flat.... I genuinely wanted to like this place and kept trying, but the service and quality just aren’t there. Swig is 100000x better in every way. I’ll be sticking with them moving forward.

Just had an horrible experience with Gracie, the shift lead 10/6 at 6pm. I placed a to-go order 20 minutes prior, went into the store to the left side as I always do for pickup (& usually have amazing service at FiiZ). She checked out 2 other people before I hopped in line & said I just had a pickup. She took my name and then continued taking more orders having the other gal working make people's drinks that came in after me. I had a pickup order of 2 items that should've already been ready 10 minutes before that. I finally had to ask the other girl if my order was in the works. The shift lead is ordering her around then says "oh we're out of cheese" after taking 5+ more minutes to microwave the pretzel bites even though I paid extra for it. She said she would refund but said it wouldn't let her after fumbling with the tablet for 3 seconds. I won't be back.

The pretzel with their spicy queso sauce was very good! I had the shark attack drink which is a blue drink with some shark candies inside of it. The service was excellent, Avery was very lovely! Fiiz also has popcorn and other snack foods. The environment was very chill and I could picture having friends here to hang out.
