CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I guess it's partially on me too for not checking my bag before I left but the older lady who helped me out was kind of a scatterbrain (even if she was sweet). I told her multiple times I needed a descaling kit and I didn't realize until I was home it never made it in the bag. She also kept hyping up the 'buy 6 sleeves, get 1 free' deal and once again FORGOT to put the extra free sleeve in the bag.

Awesome place with amazing friendly staff. You can pop-in and sample a cup of coffee/expresso from the selection they are offering - the selection keeps changing to make it interesting - all for free. Coffee is served in glass cups ... not paper - thus enriching the experience. They even have ice to get iced coffee. Lovely seating area and nice music. The staff is so friendly and welcoming - despite me frequently visit this store.

What an odd experience. The specialists were great and doing their best, which I appreciate. I was able to recycle my pods, which was my main reason for visiting the store. However, I wanted to make a purchase and couldn't do so unless I made an account. I then made the account but could not make a purchase (likely bc some form of activation had to occur). 3 specialists attempted to trouble shoot. At the end, they were going to put me in a queue to try and check out. By then it had been 10+ minutes of trying to make a purchase. I left the store empty handed because I couldn't just make a purchase without the account. Ridiculous honestly.

Welcoming staff, neat, many options to choose from. You can taste the flavor of the month in store.

My experience started off pretty disappointing. When I first walked into the store, all the employees were standing in a circle chatting, and I didn't feel welcomed at all or helped. Thankfully, Andrew came over and completely turned things around. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, really taking the time to understand what I was looking for. His hospitality made all the difference and changed my whole impression of the visit. Would have given 5 stars if the initial greeting experience had matched the excellent service Andrew provided. Thanks to him, I left with a much better impression of the store.
