Crema's Take

George's Market and Cafe is a charming hybrid spot where you can browse fresh local produce and flowers before settling in with a coffee and homemade pastry in a beautifully decorated space. The bakery is the real draw here—think yummy treats and that cozy cafe atmosphere perfect for lingering over a slow sit, though it's worth noting the kitchen keeps limited hours (9-3 weekdays) and focuses on simple comfort food rather than extensive lunch options. It's the kind of neighborhood gathering place where locals pop in for quality ingredients, a warm drink, and a slice of something sweet.

My reviews are based on how dried out and unhealthy the plants look. No one greets you or offers assistance. When u do get assistance the only answer u get it i do not know. Atmosphere beautifully decorated.

This location no longer serves lunch food items and hasn't since covid. It is well-maintained, lovely inside and out, just not offering sandwiches. There is a bakery with yummy treats!.

The corn was fresh, large ears and we'll stocked. The rest of the many fresh vegetables and fruit were plentiful. I got apples, onions, corn and red peppers. All were delicious. I was good and didn't buy any of their pastries and boy was that hard to do with the smell of baking goodies in their oven while I was shopping. You won't be sorry I went.

This is a wonderful little shop and restaurant. Where else can you buy flowers, a little gift and have a grilled cheese sandwich followed by home made chocolate pie! The kitchen is open 9-3 Monday through Friday, but the store is open 9-5 all week. Chocolate pie available all the time! There is a small inside dining room with an outside covered seating area. On the side of the building the seating overlooks fields of flowers, beautiful! This is a great little stop for a friendly conversation great food and a little food. Highly recommend. I will return here.
