Realfine Coffee

Nice dog-friendly coffee house. Plenty of seating, both bar and table. Attentive staff. Several folks laptopping. Good music, loud enough to mask conversation. Comfortable vibe. Curb parking was easy on a Tuesday morning, $6 for two hours. I got a tasty 12-ounce oat mocha for $7.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, it’s a great place for studying in the afternoon! I really like the tables and interior, the baristas are cheerful, and their espresso is always smooth. I think their iced soy latte is one of the best I’ve had in Seattle :)

Consistently amazing coffee! Recently been trying their almond milk matcha latte. Previously also have tried their cortado. Friendly staff and great place to relax with a book and a cup of coffee on weekends!

Hands down, the best Cortado in town - competing level execution. The baristas know what they’re doing — every pour is spot on, every single time. The place feels like a big coffee-loving family. Regulars are always hanging out, including the baristas when they’re off work, which tells you everything you need to know about the vibe. Good energy, lots of smiles, and the kind of place where you walk in and immediately feel like you belong. Honestly, if I could move in, I probably would.

So great this place is open until 6pm! Came in around 5:30 for the most delicious almond milk matcha I’ve ever had. My partner got a small coffee which was perfectly brewed and hot even at this time of night. I really appreciated being able to bring my dog inside because he has never been tied up outside. Overall, highly recommend !
