I’ve been here twice, once as a brand new customer to nepresso and once to replenish. I love the coffee, but I agree with others- I find the staff rude. I have never been offered a sample- I asked if I could try a sample of a flavor, I was interested in trying. The sales person kind of rolled her eyes at me. I came onto reviews to see if others that have similar experiences. I don’t understand what the rule is about pods and trying samples. Maybe if the manager reads this you could reach out to me and tell me am I breaking some rule by asking to try a sample?? Because it certainly feels like I am.

Edit: 01/31/2026 I received a personalized letter and coffee samples from the boutique manager. It was a sincere apology and I’m very thankful he took the time to review my comments. I will definitely give this location another try. I’ve been a loyal Nespresso customer for three years and usually order through the app, but I was excited to visit the store after moving to the Columbus area. Unfortunately, both of my in-store experiences were awful. The first visit was crowded, and when I asked a question about pods, the employee acted irritated. I gave the benefit of the doubt and blamed the holiday rush. But my recent visit for my birthday was even worse. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. One employee was helping a customer, while two others were deep in a personal conversation. I wandered the store and eventually had to grab a menu myself because they still hadn’t stopped talking. When I finally approached the counter, I felt like a complete inconvenience. I wanted recommendations but didn’t feel comfortable asking. I ordered two sleeves and was still looking when the employee abruptly shoved the card terminal toward me. As I added a third sleeve, she reacted with obvious attitude, grabbed the terminal back, and sighed while correcting the order. When I decided to stick with my original order, she snapped, “So do you want it or not?” The dismissive attitude, lack of basic courtesy, and overall indifference made this one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. I left feeling frustrated, unwelcome, and honestly questioning whether I want to shop in-store again at all.

I received a Nespresso Vertuo for Christmas and was a bit confused by all the capsule names 😅. I came in this afternoon to restock and learn more, and the experience was great. The young lady who helped me was incredibly patient and thorough. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab and was very kind. She even made sure my promo code was applied and sent me home with a couple of samples. She also made me a tasty drink. Great customer service! Thanks!
