Crema's Take

Foundry Roasters is a roastery and training lab where passionate owners John and Candace create an educational experience around coffee—think less café, more coffee sanctuary where you can dive deep into single-origin beans from different countries and learn directly from experts like Remi. The knowledge here runs remarkably deep, with staff who genuinely care about expanding your coffee understanding, whether you're grabbing whole beans or taking a class on pour-over technique. It's the kind of place that inspires other coffee professionals and feels like stepping into a space where coffee is treated as craft rather than commodity.

As a coffee shop owner, aligning with Foundry Roasters has been one of the best and most blessed decisions we’ve made for the last three years. The knowledge, experience, and service is unparalleled. Candace, John, and Remy have been so easy to work with and their level of commitment to quality and professionalism still takes my breath away. If you need a roaster or a quality provider definitely give them a chance!!

We love their coffee especially the Columbia blend. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable and the shop is well appointed. Great place to learn the ins and outs of coffee making. We will definitely be back.

Candace was super helpful service was prompt & polite. This location is mainly a coffee roaster and training lab that does classes and sells whole bean coffee and Timemore and xbloom and Outin products.

It was stunning inside. It seems to be a place where you can buy several types of beans from different countries. Just want to make it clear that you can't really buy coffee to drink here like you can at most traditional coffee shops. If you want coffee to drink, they have a pour over coffee you can buy for $5-6 a cup. That's what our group went with. We had the option of having the Burundi, Tanzania, and Foundry Reserve. I went with the Burundi. Honestly, it tasted like normal coffee and I didn’t get any mango notes. They've indicated they plan to expand the menu in 2026. Not really clear on what they'll be doing just yet.
