Crema's Take

This rail trail pit stop trades typical cafe vibes for a wood-fired pizza operation that's become the real draw, serving crispy, thin-crust pies alongside solid morning coffee and fresh scones. The location right on the Hudson Valley's Rail Trail makes it perfect for walkers and cyclists who want to fuel up mid-ride, and weekend live music gives you reason to linger longer than a quick coffee run. Just manage expectations on the hospitality front—service can be inconsistent, but the pizza and pastoral setting make it worth the detour.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and pastries on the menu. Dog friendly. Family friendly. Parking available.

Amazing Trailside stop, kinda good menu, but the woman who is working or owns it, lost her personality in-between Kingston and New Paltz. Got drinks and refused to purchase anything else. BTW-I had drinks that I brought with me and was trying to do a Trailside solid!

Very cool spot, stumbled upon on our ride through rosendale. Right next to the rail trail and also live music! The pizza was made in a very unique oven must see. Different style pizza, thin crust and light.
