Cafe Monster (Previously Ding Tea Lakewood)

Online description is wayyyy off. I had high hopes for this place because their pricing is definitely more cost effective compared to other boba tea places. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing trip. I did ask for light ice so there was extra room in my cup. I ordered ahead. When I arrived to pick up the drink, there was only 1 person working. I waited close to 5mins for the barista to finish making his drinks before acknowledging me. When I finally got my drinks there was SO MUCH foam (see attached picture). Also I noticed the description online is definitely not accurate AT ALL. Sorry to say will not be returning. There’s a better closer location by my house.

Got the strawberry matcha drink and açaí bowl. Strawberry matcha had a good balance of matcha flavor and strawberry flavor. Açaí was fine. Would go again to try their coffees!

This is such a a delicious coffee drink! Coconut coffee is what I had. It's a blended iced coffee that tastes like sweet coconut and it has a shot of Vietnamese coffee . So you definitely get a kick with that sweet creamy taste 😋😋😋😋

Best boba in Lakewood! Friendly owner + great service. They always get the boba flavor just right. Highly recommend the signature milk tea & taro milk tea. Also offers student discounts

Got a brown sugar boba, and it was delightful not overly sweet ans the boba was fresh! The staff was very welcoming, and the service was pretty quick. I also got a hoodie from them, which is super comfy thanks again for a pleasant experience. I will be back when im in the area.
