Uptown Coffee Company NewBo

I was sooo happy to find out that my favorite coffee in the area was expanding beyond Marion! Their CR location in NewBo is so convenient and they are one of the only coffee places around here open beyond 2pm… super nice for us nightshift workers and for those who enjoy an afternoon pick me up. Uptown serves high quality espresso and has a unique (and delicious) seasonal selection of their house made syrups. The baristas are always friendly and make a point to remember your name if you’re a frequent flyer, which in my opinion, means a lot. The American in me can’t help but to share my ONE AND ONLY suggestion… to serve 16oz cups :))) Love you, Uptown!!!!

I LOVE Uptown! Best coffee ever with the best vibes. We used to go to the Marion location all the time until we moved. We are so happy they moved to Newbo so we can see them more again!

I think they may have the best coffee at least in Cedar Rapids maybe even Iowa. I especially love their chai tea. I loved the Heated Chaivalry. I hope it comes back someday!

So excited about Uptown Coffee Company’s new spot inside NewBo in Cedar Rapids! I grabbed a coffee and a doughnut and both were fantastic. Great quality, great service, and such a cool vibe. Love supporting local businesses doing awesome things!

I visited uptown coffee's newbo location for the first time and I was very impressed (as I always am with anything uptown coffee related)! They had quick service, quality drinks (their Kashmiri chai was a delicious seasonal drink) and an inviting atmosphere! Definitely give their new location a try and you won't be disappointed! 10/10.
