Saw this bakery on YouTube and made it a point to stop on my vacation from the West Coast. Delicious pastries ... definitely remind me of food in Germany. Will come again for lunch!
Cozy little bakery with plenty of pastries to choose from. The staff was so nice and patient. We tried different frittatas and cinnamon rolls, everything was great. My boyfriend had a peanut butter protein shake that was just yummy! Will definitely go back next time we visit.
I can't get enough of Mama G's! Every day I'm in Sarasota, I'll be trying something new here. Wonderful people, wonderful service, and the most wonderful and fresh bakery items.
WOW what a gem! Authentic German pastries and a super friendly family owner running the show. Finding poppyseed rolls right before Christmas is a true bonus!
Love the vibe! The place is clean and spacious and the display of food is beautiful. The Americano & Coconut Honey Latte were absolutely delicious and highly recommend the drinks. The service was good. The young lady was very attentive and communicative. The food was ok- not great. The chicken empanada was good (light, good flavor). The tart with veggies was not good. The dough tasted chalky/dry. Veggies were fresh. The egg frittatas were good - just a bit bland. I would definitely return for the coffee.
