Crema's Take

This beloved Cuban sandwich spot in Coral Springs pulls off the tricky balance of being both a quick grab-and-go destination and a welcoming place to linger over strong, rich coffee and fresh pastries. While the quality can be inconsistent—some visitors rave about their coffee and warm hospitality, while others have encountered service hiccups—the genuine friendliness of the staff and the authentic Pan Con Bistec special at just $8.50 keep regulars coming back for that authentic Cuban cafe experience.

I really love this place, but I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service. I placed an order online through Menufy for a platter, and there was no option to choose the sides. When I arrived, I kindly asked if they could change the side, and the ladies at the front were super nice, very helpful, and apologized for the inconvenience. However, when my plate came out, it had a note from the cook, even though the issue wasn’t my fault at all. He came out himself and handed me the food with an attitude. It made the situation feel uncomfortable, especially since I was polite and the online system didn’t give me any options. I truly enjoy this restaurant, but I hope management can address this so customers don’t feel blamed for something out of their control. The front staff handled it wonderfully, and I appreciate them, but the cook’s reaction was unnecessary.

Sandwich was ok. Coffee tasted like toilet water from an ash tray. Hot sauce contains red 40. They’re very stingy on the pickles. Bummer. But if you’re in a rush and have nowhere else to go it’s definitely edible

I had such a great experience here! The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the service was beyond expectations. I came in just before closing, yet the staff kindly took my order and made me feel welcome. Truly appreciated their attitude and professionalism.

* A lot of the reviews are fake. See the pictures, free food with a 5 star review. I got recommended this spot from a friend. They advertise a Pan Con Bistec special with fries and a drink for $8.50, I ended up paying $19.01. When I pointed out the advertisement right next to the register, I got told no, not for me, lol. What a joke. If I wasn't hungry and in a hurry, I would have left. I'm definitely not coming back. I'll update my review once I actually try the food. **UPDATE** The food was OK, nothing special. The fries had no favor at all. You find a better sandwich at Vicky Bakery or Pinecrest Bakey.
