Just met the New York legend Santana. During NY snow storm he was handling the shop on his own and has done an impressive job. Can't thank him enough for his kindness and his smile. Must go 😁

Stopped into Joe & the Juice again in the West Village (on Hudson), and had a wonderful experience. The spaciousness of this place, the warmth of its employees and the general good vibes here are all edifying. : ) Whenever I come here *stressed out* post work, somehow the stress always lifts — within minutes! There’s something magical in the air here…and it’s not just a great matcha latte. A special shoutout goes to both May and Brittany who are lovely, welcoming and kind. I visited Joe & The Juice around 7:30 PM, and since they close at 9, I expected to have plenty of time to sit and enjoy my coffee. Instead, one of the employees started cleaning and loudly dragging chairs around the place. The noise was extremely unpleasant and made it almost impossible to relax or finish my drink. It felt rushed and inconsiderate, and the whole atmosphere became uncomfortable. I stayed, but I honestly wanted to leave because of how disruptive it was. I’m not going there again after this experience.

Got an Acai Bowl and a Vegan Granola with rotten bananas in them. Requested refund but they would not honor it despite the fact that we refused to take items. Sunday morning staff were rude and unfriendly. I recommend you stay away.
