I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the effort and heart behind this place truly stood out. I was visiting Tennessee from Florida this week and stopped by this little coffee shop, where I was greeted by the most wonderful family. All I can say is WOW. I ordered the caramel iced coffee and it was a 10/10 hands down the best iced coffee I’ve ever had. Beyond the incredible coffee, the kindness and warmth made the experience unforgettable. If you’re anywhere nearby, this spot is a must-visit.

I read about Yowies Bigfoot Bake & Brew in the Mountain Mall on social media. It was easy to find on the first floor and it was an absolutely fantastic discovery! This little coffee shop is easily the best spot in Gatlinburg for a high-quality coffee and baked goods experience. I highly recommend pairing one of their incredible brews with a BIGFOOT sized chocolate chip cookie. This wasn't just any cookie; it had the perfect balance of crunch on the edges and a wonderfully chewy center. They clearly use high-quality ingredients, and the result is pure perfection. But let's talk about the coffee. These guys truly know how to make a brew! My drink (Tree Knock) was outstanding—easily one of the best cups of coffee I've had in the Smoky Mountains. They offer several fantastic coffee and drink combinations, and the care they put into every cup is evident. What makes Yowies truly special is that it is a local, family-owned business. You can genuinely taste the effort and care they put into everything they provide. Supporting a fantastic local establishment where the owners are personally invested in the quality is a huge plus. Smoky Bear Brew – Mountain Mall Must-Try! If you’re in the Mountain Mall and craving something delicious, you have to stop by Smoky Bear Brew! 🐻☕️ I ordered one of their coffees, and it was absolutely delicious—smooth, flavorful, and made fresh right in front of you, which makes the whole experience even better. 🙌 The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit feel extra special. You can tell they care about what they do and want you to enjoy every sip. Plus, the fun Smoky Bear theme adds such a cool, cozy vibe that makes you want to stick around and soak it in (and maybe snap a pic 😉🐻). Highly recommend grabbing a drink here during your visit—you won’t be disappointed! 🧋✨

Great little coffee shop with lots of options, even for caffeine and coffee free individuals! Everyone was happy with this stop while walking. The girl that was making the drinks was very polite and fast.
