Crema's Take

Nestled on Springfield's Main Street, The Washburne Cafe has earned its loyal following with genuinely excellent breakfast sandwiches (that egg and cheese on English muffin with avocado and sriracha is clearly a crowd-pleaser) and espresso drinks that clearly know what they're doing. The vibe here is warm and welcoming—regulars and newcomers alike rave about the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere that makes it equally perfect for a quick coffee, a leisurely breakfast, or settling in with your laptop for a few hours. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you've found your spot the moment you walk through the door.

Great little spot on main Street that offered ample seating, good food (my chai latte was especially delicious) and friendly service. Parking can be a little tricky to find, but there are occasional spots right out front if you get lucky. Will definitely be returning sometime soon!

This place is amazing! I had the egg & cheese on English muffin with avocado and Sriracha, mayo, the first thing on the menu, and it was so yummy, the best one I've ever had. My husband had avocado toast and he's really enjoying it. staff are super sweet. Highly recommend! 😋

Visiting from FL. Ordered 2 Main Street breakfast sandwiches, one on a biscuit, the other on a bun. Very tasty, doesn’t leaving you feeling sickly full LOL. Wish there was more sriracha majo on my sandwich but they do provide hot sauce bottles at the counter! Very cute interior and friendly service.

Went in around 10 am. on a Thursday. There was a line all the way to the door. Well worth waiting in line. Best biscuit I've had since moving to Oregon. The chicken was juicy and crispy. As good as any fried chicken I've had (including Gus's and my grandma's). Great service, fast and efficient.
