Crema's Take

Switchboard is a sophisticated Louisville spot that doubles as both a serious coffee destination and an elegant daytime bar, making it perfect for everything from a focused work session to a leisurely brunch with wine. Their espresso-focused menu shines through in classics like cortados and cappuccinos, while their smooth cold brew and creative special orders prove they're equally comfortable experimenting beyond the fundamentals. The cozy, quiet atmosphere and genuinely attentive staff create one of those rare spaces where you can spend an hour with a single excellent coffee or linger over pastries and cocktails without feeling rushed.

Loved this place. Just needed a break after visiting the cemetery, and needed some coffee and this cozy fancy joint hit the spot. Was a perfect spot to chill and unwind before continuing on my journey.

I had a cold brew which was very smooth and strong. My wife had a special order mocha which she really enjoyed. Staff was super!

I finally got to drop by Switchboard. This place is literally down the street from where I work. They open at 7 AM and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been on my list for places to visit especially when you need that morning coffee! It’s part of the Myriad Hotel and it’s very adorable. They do coffee as well as cocktails. I decided to get a chai latte. The space is very inviting with a great ambience. They have ample seating which is a great option on a day where you have time to hang out. My dirty chai latte was very tasty with a shot of espresso. I can’t wait to go back and grab a pastry. It will make for a lovely treat on a workday.

This is a gorgeous, quiet bar. We stopped by on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. All day coffee options, cocktails, and wine. I had an excellent cappuccino. My partner had a mimosa, which came with a beautiful piece of dried orange. The bartender was attentive and friendly. Plenty of seating. This would be a lovely spot to meet up with a friend.

The atmosphere is so nice and the service is great. I have continually come for their cortado. I also like that you don't have to walk through the hotel to get to the coffee shop.
