Crema's Take
“Cafe Now operates inside the Westin hotel with 24/7 availability and genuinely friendly staff, but it's built on a pricing structure that feels punitive—breakfast sandwiches and coffee regularly hit $15-16, which reviewers consistently flag as egregious even for a hotel cafe. The rating here is 3.5 based on only 10 reviews, so the data is thin, but the complaint pattern is loud and consistent enough to matter: you're paying luxury markup for convenience, not quality. If you're staying at the hotel and need late-night food, the service is actually warm; if you're choosing to go here otherwise, the price-to-value math doesn't work.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Open late.

Positive is that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. A breakfast sandwich is over $15. Yikes. Probably more than 3x the cost from any Starbucks.
Convenient location within the Westin hotel, 24/7 open with friendly service and delicious sandwiches
Service is excellent, coffee and dessert was fantastic. Marie was kind enough to ask about our meals and orders which came out hot and fresh. Martin our server nice and attentive. He made our experience amazing. The hanks for a great Thursday evening.
$15 for a medium mocha and a bran muffin. Miss me with that. I'll drink the coffee in the room.
