Definitely no customer service at this location. I do rideshare delivery and I had an order that was messed up. I called and let them know. It had whole milk instead of oat milk and that I would be coming back at a later time to get that replaced well it's been three weeks because I am not actively in this area and I went today to get that drink re made with a receipt.mind you. And the employee on shift denied remaking it. I can definitely see why people go to other coffee shops. It's not only about the drink. It's about the customer service and experience. Mind you it was a chai tea latte that you guys get from an Oregon concentrated box that you can get at Walmart. Point is I paid $7 for a chai that I was told could be remade and the female working on the date of this review morning shift wouldn't. Won't be coming back here. Orlando's foxtails have way better customer service. Might wanna take note.

Great little coffee shop with delicious bakery products. The lattes and flat whites are good. Unfortunately they only had one staff member on before 9 and this caused a long line but she was still pleasant and went as fast as she could. A second person cane in at 9 which made it better but there should have been 2 staff before then to avoid the long wait.

Good lattes (brought to you by La Marzocco 🤌🏻🤌🏻). Feels a bit like it was designed by Home Goods. Service was lackluster. No greeting. Yawned while taking our order. Served us in closed to-go containers, even though we were clearly dining in. I appreciate an outside of the box gluten-free breakfast sandwich option though - hash brown & sausage sandwich. The waffled buns are a blend of shredded potato and egg.

I was able to enjoy a great ginger tumeric tea while I made a long conference call here. This location offers access to Kelly’s homemade ice cream too. The teas are listed with caffeine free options. Service reflected that my tea was steeped to order and delicious. Accessible order and pick up counter. They offer a variety of huge pastries and a serious cholesterol chip chocolate muffin. Entry is accessible. Most of the seating is high top To enjoy the street view and a high top work group table. A few tables are accessible. The rustic decor is a perfect backdrop for the cool holiday items like reindeer hot cocoa mix and merch. Restrooms are key access with 2 grab bars and 5 ftx 8 ft space Free van accessible headin parking i. Lot shared with other venues.

Nice coffee shop, love coming here for the environment/study vibe and friendly staff. Lucy and Levi are really good baristas. My current to go is the Cubano cold brew with butterscotch cold foam. Absolutely delicious 🤤
