The place was very dirty upon my last visit, with dirty tables, and no attempt to clean them between customers. There were some 5-10 minute gaps where that could have easily been done. And, the ladies room was closed, the men’s bathroom was filthy. Again, plenty of time to check…

This is my favorite local coffee shop! Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are outstanding (my favorite is the Island Latte). Check out their seasonal offerings throughoutthe year, like the Fallchata, the red velvet or the pistachio latte.
