Mark did an awesome job repairing water damage in my basement. He was punctual and professional, and the quality of his work was excellent. I highly recommend Turning Point!!

Mark and his team literally made the difference of total destruction and simple repair when I accidentally flooded my house from an upper level sink alllll the way down to the basement. They were the FIRST and ONLY company I needed to call. I was still chatting with the on-call dispatcher her when Mark called me directly to discuss the plan. He showed up in less than 30 minutes(less time than I accidentally overran the sink water), and immediately helped me mitigate and control the damage. Turning point were not just there…they explained everything and were super calm in my heightened sense of chaos. They brought all of their skills and fans and dehumidifiers in record time, and were super communicative every day about when they’d show up to do the humidity readings. Everything my insurance company needed was readily and professionally available. They were literally a home-saver and I’ve bragged about them ever since they saved my butt! It’s a shame they don’t do more services, because I’d hire and recommend this team for ANYTHING! Water damage is chaotic and super stressful, but as soon as Mark and his team were here, I was confident and calmed down. I would 1000% recommend Turning Point to anyone who has water remediation needs!!! 20/10 would recommend!

Mark came to my home to investigate the water damage/mold issue, twice. On the second visit, Mark told me that he would be in contact with an estimate. After not hearing back from him for about 2 weeks, I followed up. He again promised that he would provide an estimate soon. I never heard anything else from him. Mark didn't even bother to let me know that he couldn't or wouldn't be able to take the job. If you want a company to come and take a look at your project and then leave you hanging in the wind, Turning Point is the company to pick! Thanks Mark!

I had water in my basement and searched online for a company. From the reviews I contacted Turning Point Restoration. I was not disappointed. Mark came to my home first thing in the morning, since I live a distance from their office. He was very professional. He looked everything over and gave me an estimate and explained the process. The two gentlemen, Gage and Joe, that came to my home to work on my basement were courteous, respectful and informative. Not only did they explain exactly what they were going to do, they answered every question that I had and there were lots of them. They did a fantastic job even with having to drive to my home, which is out of their local area, for multiple days, until the basement was dry. They kept me up to date on what was happening for every step of the process. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again should I need mitigation services in the future.

I had water damage to my kitchen and Turning Point Restorations was recommended to me by my insurance company. They completely renovated my entire kitchen and as the new cabinets were installed as the walls and ceiling were replaced they made sure everything was insulated properly as well as addressing any mold issues as they completed the work. The workers, Aurelio and Nick were amazingly personable and you could tell they really cared about doing the work right. Mark who was the project manager was great as well, keeping me informed of the project time line and communicating transparently as the work was being completed. The end result far exceeded any expectations I had and I'm completely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Turning Point to anyone in need of restorative services.
