April May's Drive Thru Coffee

The coffee is disgusting. I took one drink and literally threw it in the trash. Mind you, the OWNER MADE IT. Every single time she makes any drink it’s gross. I quit going there. She’s super snarky, and treats her employees bad👎🏻

0/10! Absolutely do not recommend! Espresso is always over extracted and tastes burnt, and owner has horrible customer service. As well as treats employees terribly right in front of customers and locals!

I have tried giving this place a chance but the drinks have never tasted good. The service from the actual owner is horrible! Not only does she have a bad attitude but she treats her staff like crap and went as far as commenting on her staffs personal social media page to start drama. It’s disturbing to see a business like this in the beautiful town of Willits. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The owner makes this establishment unenjoyable. I’m not sure she is meant for hospitality or anything in the realm of customer service. Also treats staff terribly. Coffee is not worth it with the side of attitude and unkindness you are likely to receive. Try Brickhouse or the Coffee Drive through near McDonald’s instead.

April May's Drive Thru Coffee has friendly staff and fair prices. My family & I typically will get Coffee but from time to time we also order some of their food they have on site like a breakfest burrito or something for lunch. I recommend them!
