His beans come straight from the growers, top 5% quality in the world, which is hard to get. He can do blends for you, educate you, and give you an experince you won't get anywhere else. When you get home and brew your first pot, be prepared to weep from joy at the flavor. It's like flying first class, you will be spoiled and will have to buy your coffee from him for life.
