Honestly, this is my go-to cake shop for life. Gisele is amazing! I can show her any design — even the super specific, picky ones — and she somehow makes it come out absolutely perfect every single time. The quality is unreal… the cakes are always fresh, delicious, and decorated like actual artwork. She’s also incredibly kind and easy to work with, which makes the whole experience even better. They deliver too, which saves me so much time and stress. And you have to try the Brazilian truffles (brigadeiros) — she always has them on display and they’re seriously addictive. If you want a cake that tastes amazing and makes everyone go “WOW,” this is the place 💕🎂

Flying in from Connecticut on the spur of the moment, surprise trip for my husband birthday. I really wanted to take the experience to another level by getting a birthday cake. Google gave me a few options and after 3 tries I found a cake shop who said yes! They were moving but they didn’t hesitate to accommodate my requests a day before I flew out. It would be their first day in their new location. My phone lost connection on my trip down as I was trying to finalize but when I landed close to midnight we continued the conversation and my cake was ready to be picked up on time, the next day, same day as my celebration. I took an uber to pick up my cake and driver was recommending my cake shop as the best cake shop with the best cakes even though he did not know they had moved. We laughed over it being the same shop, new location. My husband loved his cake it was moist, naked-not over iced and it was definitely not a box cake. It was delicious. Thank you La Cake for sharing in our special day and for helping to make this day even more special. We can’t wait to use you in the future and plan much earlier to have you do awesome elaborate designs.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and Gisele has been part of our family celebrations for as long as I can remember. Her work is truly exceptional. She is incredibly dedicated, wonderfully detailed, and her cakes are always of the highest quality. We found La Cake by accident looking for a place in Lauderdale by The Sea to make a sweetheart cake for my daughter's wedding. They were so accommodating and kept in touch by email. It was beautiful and it was exactly what she asked for. They delivered it in a timely manner. Everybody raved about the cake. We will be using them again in the future.

I contacted La Cake to do my husband's 40th Birthday cake and she did not disappoint. The cake was not only exactly what I wanted but also delicious, something rare to find. They were reliable and delivered the cake to the venue looking perfect. I will continue to use them for all my dessert needs.
