Crema's Take

KB's Bagels and Java is a beloved local spot in Hampton where the cozy, homey atmosphere and cash-only charm invite you to linger over breakfast—their vanilla chai pairs beautifully with fresh bagels and pastries that keep regulars coming back. The beachy, welcoming vibe draws both tourists and locals seeking authentic New England breakfast fare, though it's best to bring cash or arrive prepared for their ATM situation.

Great place to grab breakfast! I always go when I’m in the area to get their delicious vanilla chai and cinnamon sugar on a plain bagel! Affordable and tasty!

I got the smuttynose samdwich. No capers, creamcheese only on one side of the bagel- which even then was an extremely light amount. Not a single caper in that cream cheese, just plain. What is going on?

Cool dark place to hang out and have a quick bite. That’s if you want bland eggs from a carton. Also, it’s outside of the tourist area if that’s what you want to get away from. Wife had the salmon bagel but you can’t really mess that up so you can’t go wrong with that option.

This local favorite was recommended by our amazing Airbnb host and we're so glad we tried it out. Homey, welcoming, beachy with incredible eats and a friendly welcoming staff. Definitely make this breakfast and lunch spot a must on your Hampton visit!

Cash only! Unfortunately we didn’t locate any signs outside and on the inside the only sign was behind the protective plastic glass, which made it impossible to see, so we had to use $3 fee ATM. The bagels here are great, breakfast sandwiches are delicious and huge; we also fell in love with coconut coffee. The place is nothing spectacular on the inside or outside, but if you live around good spot for a quick fix.
