Nice atmosphere inside and out. Great location. However, Brandon is not a plus for the Corner Perk. He's not quite surly but he's also not friendly or very welcoming. They really need someone up front who will help make a positive first impression.

Corner Perk Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of local charm. If you go, you have to try the Pumpkin Latte with salted maple added — trust me, you can thank me later! It’s the perfect balance of cozy fall flavors with just the right touch of sweetness. After your coffee, take a short stroll around the area — you might spot an alligator or some local wildlife, which makes the experience even more unique. Great drinks, friendly staff, and a perfect Lowcountry vibe. Highly recommend!

Cute place but the food was a total disappointment! Found a piece of plastic packaging inside the BLT sandwich and the Chicken Sante Fe salad was a small, gloppy mess with limp lettuce and watery dressing, which according to the menu, was supposed to be on the side (see pictures). We ordered take out based on the reviews. Makes you wonder whether these reviews are legit. Don’t waste your money on the food. Maybe their coffee is good.

Goodness gracious this place is cute! We stopped in on a whim, we literally parked across the street and I saw it. We were on our way to another café, but this one caught my eye. We popped in to look at the menu and I was intrigued by the variety of wonderful Caffeine offerings! And the menu looked comprehensive as well. My daughter is a pescatarian, and is also off dairy for a bit, and I tend to eat a lot of veg, and so this had a lot of wonderful offerings but still some great sandwiches and wraps for my husband. My daughter had a really beautiful butterfly pea tea drink, which I make it home, but this one had some added goodness to it! I already had a giant iced tea with me, which they were generous enough to let me bring inside. And my husband ordered a beautiful coffee drink. I really like the fact that some of the sandwiches and wraps come with a fruit. My daughter loves an apple. It’s like a school lunch! And it really rounds out the meal. But here’s the highlight: the breakfast bowl! I even ordered it without the cheese, because it was a warm day dairy makes me feel sluggish, and even without the cheese, this bowl was outstanding. I asked for an extra egg, and they said it already had three eggs on it. Three eggs! Yay! I asked for them to be super runny, so I can mix it in the bowl and for extra onions. The addition of the balsamic was perfect. It was a really great bowl! We did not sit outside, because it was too hot, but I imagine that is a really sweet space in the fall and spring.

This place was adorable and everything was yummy! We got several different drinks including some specialty ones and they were all delightful. The food was all delicious and there was lots of it! I had enough leftovers to take home for another meal. There was plentiful seating, the areas was convenient to park and walk to, and the staff were all kind.
