Crema's Take

This cozy Kearney staple wins hearts with its beautifully designed space and genuinely welcoming vibe, making it the kind of place where you'll want to linger over crepes and a perfectly pulled café au lait. The kitchen shines with both sweet and savory offerings—think berry crepes and smoked salmon bagels alongside solid specialty drinks like mochas—though fair warning that the generous attention to detail means both ordering and prices take their time. Locals keep coming back for the friendly staff and that rare combination of excellent pastries, full breakfasts, and a specialty coffee program that rewards patience.

The atmosphere is cozy!! The food and drink were very tasty. However it was a bit overpriced and it takes a very long time to order and receive your food.

Next Level Kitchen isn't just a name; it's a declaration—a bold promise meticulously delivered upon from the moment you step through its doors. The intricately designed logo serves as a visual prelude to the culinary artistry within, immediately signaling that this is no ordinary eatery but a vibrant nexus of innovation and dedication in the heart of Kearney. The palpable energy of the place, the buzz of conversation mingling with the clatter of culinary creation, marks it unmistakably as a hotspot—a destination where experiences are crafted with as much care as the dishes themselves. Even amidst the bustling atmosphere, the staff shines as beacons of hospitality. Each interaction, from the cashier's radiant smile to the media manager's hands-on dedication, underscores a commitment to excellence that permeates every aspect of the establishment. The media manager, in particular, embodies this ethos—personally delivering orders with an uncanny memory for names, and passionately detailing his contributions to the aesthetic, from the artful menus to the surprisingly durable stickers. This level of engagement transcends mere customer service; it's an invitation into the heart of Next Level Kitchen's creative soul. The culinary offerings are nothing short of revelatory. The bagel, a canvas for fresh, vibrant ingredients, is elevated to new heights by the basil jam—a stroke of genius that marries sweet and savory in perfect harmony. The cheese eggs, adorned with a delicate array of fresh fruit, further exemplify this playful yet sophisticated approach to flavor. While the wait times may test one's patience, the experience is ultimately a testament to the kitchen's unwavering dedication to quality. The only minor misstep, perhaps, is the comeback sauce, which, for those less inclined towards mayonnaise, may fall short of the high bar set by the rest of the menu. Yet, this is but a fleeting shadow in the face of the overall brilliance. The drinks, too, deserve high praise, with the blueberry lemonade and tea offering a delightful counterpoint of sweet boldness and herbal subtlety. Next Level Kitchen isn't just a meal; it's an immersive experience—a testament to the power of passion, dedication, and culinary artistry. I eagerly anticipate my return, as well as thank you the owners and staff dearly.

Lovely building and atmosphere. The egg scramble and smoked salmon bagel looked and tasted delicious. The cappuccino was okay, foam too stiff and cup was narrow for my taste. Mocha was very good. Recommend, especially if you enjoy watching trains.
